left thigh- 22.5" (down 0.5")
right thigh- 23.5" (down 0.5")

So thats a total of 4" in 11 days. Not bad considering I havent been to the gym lately like I should : / its ok, Im working on it :) especially when I see results in both weight AND inches!

Right Arm: 13.5" (down less than 1/2")
Left thigh: 22.5" (same)
Right Thigh: 21 3/4" (down 1.5")
Left Upper Thigh: 25.5" ~~
Right Upper Thigh: 25.5"  ~~
Left Calf: 17 3/4"  (down 1/4")
Right Calf: 17.5"  (same)

2lbs down. Total of 5"+ inches!! woot woot!!
